Customer Proposition Marketing, AM

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Customer & market insight
  • Support data collection and analysis on customer needs, pain points and behaviours through surveys, focus groups, research and market intelligence.
  • Prepare competitor and market campaign overviews to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Summarise insights into clear inputs for proposition, campaign and communication planning.

 

  1. Proposition development
  • Assist in designing and refining customer value propositions.
  • Support the definition of target segments, value statements and positioning, in alignment with brand and regulatory requirements.
  • Help prepare documentation and materials required for internal approvals.

 

  1. Customer campaign strategy, events & planning
  • Support the Manager in developing customer campaign strategies for key propositions (acquisition, upsell, cross sell).
  • Help build and maintain campaign calendars aligned to business and distribution priorities.
  • Segment customer lists and support the definition of audiences, campaign triggers and contact strategies across channels.
  • Assist in planning product and campaign launch events (e.g. product launches, roadshows, partner events, webinars), including logistics and coordination.
  • Support end to end customer campaigns, including lead capture, basic lead qualification and coordination of follow up with sales/distribution teams.
  • Work closely with agency distribution and other channels to support briefings on product launches, campaigns and roadshows, and to drive field engagement.

 

  1. Go to market, campaigns and communications
  • Support the development of go to market strategies and launch plans for products and campaigns.
  • Assist in designing integrated customer campaigns and journeys from awareness through to conversion and onboarding.
  • Coordinate the preparation of launch event materials (e.g. presentations, scripts, invitations) and promotional activities.
  • Help create and maintain customer communications for propositions (e.g. brochures, product fact sheets, FAQs, product website pages, sales decks, email templates)
  • Support the preparation of distribution communications and toolkits (e.g. agency briefing decks, talking points, sales guides) to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Liaise with creative and media agencies on day to day campaign and material development, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.

 

  1. Campaign, communication and proposition performance tracking
  • Monitor campaign, communication and proposition performance against agreed KPIs and budgets.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the Manager, highlighting key results, trends and improvement areas.
  • Support test and learn activities and document learnings for future campaigns.
